I don't think they will fully replace them, but they will certainly augment them. As a PhD student who works part-time at Last-Minute Assignments, I think back to the endless hours I spent in college libraries, wishing for a tool to speed up the process. I was so drained that I'd search for assignment editing help just to fix a poorly structured paragraph.
